The property is in an excellent location, a short distance from the sea and even closer to the D'Annunzio pine forest, and well-connected to the city center by bus. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and there's even a small balcony where you can hang your clothes to dry. Breakfast is also plentiful. It's a shame that upon my arrival, I had to wait almost half an hour for the owner to contact me to explain how to get in, because I never received the communication with the code to enter on the keypad outside the entrance. Furthermore, the room is on the second floor, and the Wi-Fi is poor there; I had to use my mobile connection almost all the time. Finally, the parking is for one car only; if someone else arrives, they'll park behind yours and, hypothetically, stay at the beach all day, while you can't leave. These are all things that should be specified when booking. In short, a beautiful property in an excellent location, but the management and service in general need review. Good, but not great...

We recently spent one night at this hotel. We received a friendly welcome upon check-in, and the owner was helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The room was modern, clean, and quiet—exactly what you want after a long day. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the high-quality bathroom amenities. Sure, it's a bit worn, but it was still great. The breakfast was rather small, as you'd expect from Italy. We were still filling, though. There are two parking spaces available at the hotel, but you should still coordinate with other hotel guests, as one car will always be blocked. Otherwise, there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. The hotel's location is also ideal: central, yet quiet. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a great hotel with very good value for money.
