B&B Le Chiocciole

I stayed there for three nights. My room had wall-like walls, but I reiterated this issue. On my last night, I decided to stay another night and spoke with Alessio, the manager and boyfriend of the owner's son. After speaking with him, we negotiated another night, and I paid and went to sleep. The next day, when I went out for a walk in Bari Central, he came into my room and moved my things to another room, alerting me via text message. When I read the message that he was walking in Bari Central, I was furious, but I tried not to ruin my trip because of it. When I returned to BNB, I went to the room where he moved all my travel bags and personal items. In the morning, when I woke up, I left. On my way back to my hometown, I realized I had forgotten some money in the room. They noticed I had forgotten and hadn't notified me. If I hadn't reported the money, they would have issued the money I had forgotten. It's an extreme lack of verve and character. When I questioned him about the money via WhatsApp and said I didn't like the invasion he made in my room, he got angry, insulted me, and committed xenophobia, telling me not to travel, to stay in the country I came from. This incident occurred during Easter week. I decided to stay another day in the city because on Easter Sunday there were no buses or public transportation in the city. A place in its original state!!! With a charming lady who does her best for all her guests, despite her advanced age.

Truly excellent in every way. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Convenient location, the staff was exceptional. The breakfast, though minimal, was excellent: fresh, carefully selected products and served with care. A truly pleasant stay. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
