We had such a great stay at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit, mainly because of the people. The housekeeping team was amazing — like absolute magicians. We never saw them, but every time we stepped out and came back, the room was spotless, organized, and refreshed. It made our stay feel effortless. The Executive Lounge team was just as impressive. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive every time we walked in. They made us feel completely at home. And the breakfast team at 57th Street was the highlight of our mornings. The young team caring for our table was outstanding — always smiling, quick to help, and totally on top of everything even when the restaurant was packed. Shout-out to Pao for perfect poached eggs every single day. This hotel has great amenities, but it’s the people who truly make it special.

Stayed for 6 days and had a wonderful stay. Exceptional hotel in the perfect location. Breakfast was great, wonderful gym and staff is friendly and attentive. Ibrahim at the front desk is fantastic. General Manager is very focused on the customer, well done all around.
