The hotel is very nice and well located. I highly recommend the Premium Level rooms; they are 100% worth it. My comment regarding the staff's service is that they need customer service training. Some don't even greet guests, and everyone is very serious. Even the bellboys don't offer to carry luggage upon arrival or departure. I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to Mr. Maximiliano of La Fontana Restaurant for his kindness and attentiveness, and to Ms. Ximena from Guest Services in the Premium Level on the 12th floor. Mr. Maximiliano and Ms. Ximena are examples of people who love their work and go above and beyond what is expected of them.

Derek, the bell-person was instrumental in recommending events and restaurants to visit. Mayra, the massage therapist renewed my mind and body with het healing hands. It was the best massage that I have received to date.
