We had a 3 night stay at the Barocco in Deluxe double rooms. Before to stay at this hotel, came to visit the different rooms and they were able to accommodate us in my preferred rooms. They are very orientated to customer service and do their best to make you happy. From this start visit to the check out, all our experience was great. We feel Welcomed! We picked our Deluxe double room s at the back with no view: but so quiet and bigger than the other beautiful ones having view on the fountain of Bernini Piazza. Beds are king size and mattress sooo comfortable, antique gorgeous furniture with modern touch. Wonderful breakfast served hot at the table. They cook eggs and any hot dishes on order....and the breakfast professional manager and team do a great fast job. On our last day, we did not have much time before to reach the airport and they served us very quickly our breakfast. Highly recommended hotel.

This hotel provides superior service. The staff are wonderful and helpful in coordination of service like taxis or private cars. They were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was top notch and highly recommended to start the day with. They were incredibly accommodating to my gluten allergy. The one downside, and it's a major one, the room was miniscule. We booked a superior double room with two twin beds. The beds were technically separated, but in reality they were conjoined with no space between, and less than 5 feet on either side, probably more like 3 feet. It was smaller than a cruise ship room, at about 150 sq feet. Perhaps it was a busy time and we got a leftover room, as we did notice rooms were not uniform. We were also directly next to the very noisy breakfast restaurant. At over $500 USD a night, we really did expect a bit more, even understanding Europe size standards from other stays in cities around the world didn't prepare us. We were constantly bumping into each other and our luggage. There was no counter space and the closet was tucked behind the bed so it was also hard to access. This would unfortunately keep us from staying again because it simply was uncomfortable.
