Very disappointing stay – Unacceptable value for money ⚠️ We stayed at the Bavarro Dakhla hotel from December 30, 2025, to January 6, 2026, in villa 3, and our experience was disastrous, especially considering the exorbitant price. The villa is far too expensive for the service offered. The bathroom is unacceptable: a leaky shower, constant bad smells, and a general impression of poor hygiene and maintenance. Everything is old, worn, neglected, and in dire need of a complete renovation. Nothing justifies the advertised standard. The restaurant is even worse. The service is nonexistent. Half the menu is unavailable, and of what's left, half the dishes are also unavailable. You get the impression that the customer is a nuisance. The worst part is a completely unacceptable situation: We placed an order… which never arrived because the chef had simply gone home. As a result, we had to eat out, without any apology, explanation, or gesture of goodwill. Nothing. A complete disregard for the customer. No sense of service, no consideration, no willingness to learn. This establishment absolutely does not deserve its prices or its reputation. A huge disappointment, utter anger, and I strongly advise against this hotel for anyone seeking even a modicum of comfort and respect.

I'm Spanish, from La Mancha. They're a disgrace. Coffee is €4, a 25ml beer is €8, and then if you want to swim in a pool they pretend is beautiful but it's more like a pond, it's €25 per person per day. Just pop in, take some photos, and leave. It's not good value for money.
