Excellent stay no complaints.Although the booking and receipt said Bay Gardens Inn I was redirected to the hotel upon arrival.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES DO NOT STAY!! I strongly advise against staying at Bay Garden Inn due to a severe cockroach infestation in our room during a recent stay. Shortly after checking in, we discovered roaches throughout the room in the bathroom, on the floors, walls, towels, fridge, sink, and even in the bathtub. We immediately reported this issue to hotel management, but were informed that due to "lack of availability," we would need to remain in the same room for the duration of our stay. While the cleaning staff was polite and attempted to use bug spray, the infestation persisted. Unfortunately, no meaningful steps were taken by management to resolve the situation, nor were we offered any form of compensation or alternative accommodations. This experience was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns about hygiene and guest care. We hope this review helps others make an informed decision when considering this property.
