Went into the room and thought things were good until after turning down the cover there was black hair on the sheet at the pillows. The comforter was dirty with dirty spots. The carpet was like you want to stick to it in your sock feet. Showerhead was broken. Overall was not wanting to lay down.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever tried to stay at rude customer service lady they took my money and refused to give me a room said the reservation had been cancelled and would not give me a refund do not stay at the rip off inn by Wyndham I wish it would let me leave no stars

Baymont by Wyndham Acworth DO NOT STAY HERE! This motel was vile! My partner and I were unfortunate enough to have to stay at this motel while we were having work done at our house. I would caution anyone to stay far away from this place. There are roaches so we now have to have all of our clothes professionally cleaned so we don’t bring anything home. There are also spiders everywhere, their webs are constantly covering the walkways, and nothing is done to make a safe walking area. The A/C does not cool the room. The mini fridge floods, then leaks. There is what appears to be blood on the wall. The outlet by the sink does not work. There are several light bulbs missing, so it’s dark. The microwave does not work properly (the plate does not spin so food burns). The phone wasn’t connected. The couch is covered in a giant stain. There are exposed wires from bedside lamps. A bed side lamp is held up by tape. There is no smoke detector. The carpet literally turned my socks black. The carpet is coming up, which is a trip hazard. There are dog prints on the linens, we do not have a dog. Their website says they have breakfast, but they do not. I had to ask for my receipt multiple times and was promised I would get them, that never happened. On Tuesday 9/23/25, the owner turned power off for "maintenance" but did not inform anyone what was happening. Sunday night/Monday morning 9/28/25-9/29/25 night people were allowed to blare music until 2:30-3:00AM with nothing being done about it. Furthermore, the man who claimed to be the owner is incredibly rude. While trying to extend our stay he berated us due to our method of payment which he had accepted previously. While attempting to come to a conclusion, he continued to walk away from us while he was speaking. I could not understand him and asked him to repeat himself. Instead of clarifying, he began a rant on how he had just gotten out of court for “this shit” and if we weren’t going to stay we needed to get our shit and get out. I do not know what “this shit” meant and was completely lost at that point. This rant came out of nowhere and was in no way warranted. He took his frustration about his problems out on us when we did nothing to deserve it. Last but not least, I was also over charged a day ($85) and was never reimbursed. I DID try "contacting management," as they keep telling people to do, but that does absolutely nothing because nothing is fixed and they do not refund what they overcharged.
