I was booked here for 2 weeks for business and ask to be moved from the hotel. I ended up here for 3 nights. At check-in the clerk warned me that the keys don’t work well and not to have them near cell phones or other electronics. I asked about the pool and it wasn’t open. I asked about the hot tub and was told, yes there is one, but it hasn’t worked in a long time and the owners aren’t in a hurry to fix it. The clerk also made me aware that a guest had broken the door handle off at the closest exterior door to my room so my only option once the front doors are locked at night was on the other side of the hotel. The first room I was placed in had vomit and other bio fluids on the curtains and walls. It had clearly not been cleaned properly. The smell of the room was a sickly sweet deodorizer that was clearly meant to mask the odor. The refrigerator was broken as was the desk chair. The floors were so gross. There was dirt and a fuzzy/furry buildup all around the AC. The clerk - was apologetic and kindly moved me across the hall. The second room was slightly cleaner in that there was no vomit in the main bedroom area. The curtains were severely stained. The floors were gross / I wore socks and they were black in the bottom. There was vomit and urine splatter in the wall near the toilet. The shower floor was filthy and the shower was moldy. The desk chair was broken. Everyday upon return to the hotel I had to get a new key. My key never worked after the first time it was used. This is mentioned in several other posts. When I went to take my first shower I grabbed one of the towels to find it holes in it and smeared with brown/black marks. Also note that this hotel has these weird placards warning guests about taking things from the rooms. I saw that mentioned in a couple reviews. I did ask the clerk if I needed to provide inventory in sort of a joking way and they said I could if I wanted to. It’s weird and presumes the guests are stealing - which maybe they are because the cops were also here on day two of my stay. Or maybe they were here because every evening when I’d take a few laps around the place the broken door was propped open. I told the clerk - they didn’t seem bothered. Finally, I require an elevator for moving several carts each day. The elevator clearly needs serviced. Sometimes it stops 2-3” above the floor and sometimes 2-3” below. This makes accessibility an issue. I did let the front desk know and they said they’d let management know. Finally, beside the cleanliness of the room - there is a bed (which I did check the mattress and it was newer and fairly comfortable), a desk (mine was wobbly), a bench at the end of the bed and a desk chair ( broken in both rooms). A TV stand that houses the fridge and coffee maker. Mine was broken so the door and top drawer wouldn’t close properly. The closet had 3 hangers - one was broken. The room is very large but there is no seating and no coffee table. There were 2 outlets in the room. And if you like pigeons and pigeon poop - I recommend an interior courtyard room because there’s a lot of it! I included a few photos for reference. Bottom line this place is gross. I can’t believe the 4/5 ratings are real because beside the bed comfort and kind reception this place is awful.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite. I like the pillows and separation of rooms. Sucks the bathroom is only accessible through the closed off room though. The keycards are also easily demagnetized but the gentleman at the front was quick and available to assist. The big issue I had is the following: I left four clothing items in the closet. I called 6hrs after checking out to see if it was returned by the cleaning staff. I was told that cleaning had not been completed for the night and to call back tomorrow. I called back next day (today) and was told nothing had been returned so tough luck. No alternative option provided such as maybe the staff sucks and didn't check the closet during cleaning so they will specifically check after the current person checks out. All she said was "Ma'am it shows they cleaned the room, and we were fully booked last night, so I don't know what to tell you." It was a jacket, a little girls dress, a woman's shirt and pants. Happy Valentine's day.

Location and breakfast area. Breakfast was nice. Room was good size suite.
