Out of every hotel I have stayed at in my life this was by far the worst! Absolutely disgusting! Walked in and the smell that hit my nose was absolutely horrible! The room did not look clean at all there was back mold on some of the ceiling and when I opened the microwave there was old food sitting in there so clearly these rooms do not get cleaned properly! The toilet lid was falling off and we went to the front desk to ask to get our money back so we could go somewhere else and they said they could not refund us and gave us another room. The new room smelled so heavily of cigarettes it was making me nauseous as we do not smoke ( I also was charged a deposit to make sure we don’t smoke in the room that already reeks of cigarettes) along with that the bed frame was bent and looked to be help together with duck tape along with the dirty looking room and black mold in the bathroom. We have not got our refund but there was no way we were staying there we gave the keys back and went to a different hotel.

This is a bare minimum hotel. No ice bucket, cups, coffee carafe or hand soap in the room. We went to the front desk and were told ice machine is broken. No apologies. Breakfast was a joke. Very little food-cereal, few bananas, mini muffins, some bagels and yogurt. Nothing hot, no protein. Would not recommend this place.

This got to be the worst hotel I ever stayed at. For one, they LIE . They said we were smoking in the room but were NOT. They made us leave which is ridiculous. You mean to tell me your smoke alarms don’t work? Your ice machine don’t work? Your service sucks. They knocked on the door giving the impression that they wanted to clean the room bc they “had to every two days” changed the trash and proceeded to say we have to check out bc we smoked. These idiots don’t know how to run ANYTHING. They gave us our deposit back so why are we being put out for room damages? This is by FAR the WORST BAYMONT BY WYNDHAM and the people should be fired.
