My family and I checked in to the Baymont by Wyndham in Noblesville, IN on January 14, 2026, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Upon arrival, the property appeared closed, and we waited approximately five minutes before a staff member came to the front desk. After checking in and going to our assigned room, we immediately noticed bugs near the entryway. Inside the room, there was a strong odor indicating it had not been properly cleaned. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and additional bugs were present. The room was noticeably outdated, and the refrigerator was not functioning and appeared to have mold inside. I returned to the front desk and requested a different room. The staff member provided the room next door. While this room was marginally better, the bed linens were still dirty, which remained a significant concern. When I addressed this issue with the front desk, the staff member responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I then requested to cancel my reservation. The staff member stated that he was unable to assist and advised me to contact the booking provider. This interaction occurred while he was on the phone, reportedly speaking with his manager. He declined to provide his name. I rarely write reviews; however, this experience fell well below acceptable standards for cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. I would not recommend this property and am sharing this review so other travelers can make an informed decision.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Fully Asthmatic conditions throughout this dump, had to move rooms at 3am, or go to the hospital for a breathing treatment, the management staff in the morning when asking for compensation, with the fact that I lost several hours worth of sleep, based on their terrible conditions from poor upkeep tell me "we moved you that was the compensation". Avoid this place like the plague. It's not a 3 star, it's a traditional "flip" with a big name. They are not an actual Wyndham.
