Hotel didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, particularly compared to others we stayed in. Bathroom was very basic and dated, the room was ok- good size and comfy bed but the balcony just overlooked the road and not pleasant to sit on. Hotel feels quite busy and the staff weren’t super friendly. Clothes washing quite good value. Could be more continental options at breakfast. Ate in the restaurant one night for dinner and food was adequate but not exceptional. Location is good for Plett.
