Hospitality and staff: From the moment you arrive, you sense professionalism. The staff is extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, quick to respond to requests, and dedicated to making guests feel cared for at all times. Room (Deluxe with whirlpool and sauna): An absolute highlight. The Deluxe room is a complete wellness experience: an in-room whirlpool and sauna transform your stay into a private mini-spa. The space is modern, clean, and well-organized, with an overall feeling of comfort and care. The room's technological features are a plus: everything is designed to make the experience simpler and more premium. Bathroom and shower: A high-end bathroom with a huge, comfortable, and truly satisfying shower (not the typical cramped hotel shower). This demonstrates the idea of offering an experience, not just an overnight stay. View and atmosphere: A beautiful view, which adds value both to waking up and to moments of relaxation. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding: silence, comfort, and a feeling of a "total break" from routine. Breakfast: Very good, high-quality, and satisfying. It's one of those details that complete the experience: you wake up and feel like you're in a place that maintains the same high standards even in the simplest moments. Overall rating (360°): The BE Hotel B Place is ideal for those who want to relax, take a romantic getaway, or treat themselves to a day or night of wellness without having to search for an off-site spa. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, in-room wellness services, and a feeling of a "special" stay.

The location is truly unique, on the eastern hill of Trento, about a ten-minute drive from the historic center and the train station. It's absolutely strategic for those traveling by car, allowing you to reach any destination without the city traffic. The private parking is also spacious and very convenient. The property is new, functional, meticulously maintained, and modern, yet warm and welcoming. The rooms are efficient, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and functional. The beds are very comfortable, with impeccable linens featuring a "German" configuration, with two single duvets instead of a single double duvet (though we only had to ask, and they kindly replaced them with a double duvet). The lobby and breakfast room are very welcoming and, in some ways, foster a friendly, kind, and pleasant atmosphere among the guests. Breakfast is plentiful, with an excellent mix of traditional dishes and unique local products. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to help (a tip: just ASK for anything). The prices are reasonable for the quality of the offerings. We'll be back soon!
