The most Terrible service I ever saw They give us not that room what we booked then started to lied our manager that we are asking another one Didn’t clean this room 2 days until we asked about that Waiting our room around 4 hours And it was dirty there after all time of waiting… Decided to change tickets and leave one day earlier The worst experience in Tulum

It was our first time in Tulum. Be Tulum hotel was great. Probably the best on the strip. Pricy ! The beach was beautiful, white sand and super clean. Staff were super nice and friendly. The rooms were good (not 100% 5 star). The green ambiance is beautiful. We were there during music festival and it was great but the music was loud and went on until 3 AM. So if you were not partying, it was a bit hard to rest. Our concierge Aylin and Fer were fantastic and always taking care of us with good recommendations.
