Beach Club Resort

Really the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Read on: I booked a family room which consisted of two bedrooms. It was just me and my adult son. I asked upon online booking for seperate beds. When I arrived, I was told we need to pay an extra $45 to set up a pull out. Weird, but I just wanted a nice stay, so I agreed and paid cash. When we entered the family size unit it consisted of a double bunk bed and a double bed. Some sheets and a blanket were dumped on a sofa lounge. Question: why on earth did you charge me $45 when it was a family size apartment? It was just the two of us. I took the sheets and blankets down to reception and asked for a refund of $45. I was not rude or loud, nor did I swear or behave in an intimidating manner ( check your cameras). The receptionist gave it to me and that was that. The next morning upon checking out was another receptionist. She said that I upset the other girl???? I said, I don’t know why, I wasn’t rude? She continued to be sassy and told me that ‘there is a way to go about things.’ Seriously, this place sucks. I can see by other reviews that reception staff are notoriously inappropriate. How about you run a descent business that doesn’t try and scam your customers and then place the blame on them? I frequent the area for work, but will never return. PN pls stop charging $5 each to use a thread bare old towel by your pool. It’s really bad form and so unusual. I suggest you see how your competitors are doing it so you can get it right. In an area with an abundance of choice, you certainly have quite an interesting attitude.

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Would happily stay again.
