We booked in December, and the prices were five times higher than usual, that's a fact. However, for the exorbitant price we paid, the service, housekeeping, and management were completely inadequate: Housekeeping: I'll only mention the entire cupboards were dusty and full of trash left by the previous tenants, which I won't describe out of decency. Service: We had to wait a long time for things we requested, such as beach towels. The pool wasn't available for a good part of our stay (this wasn't mentioned to us), and the construction work during the day was very noisy and prevented us from getting any rest (also not mentioned before our arrival). Management: Shameful. The manager, whom we never saw or spoke to on the phone and who always communicated with us through employees, promised us compensation for one night's stay. After weeks of arguing, he only reimbursed us for the first night, at a rate four times lower than the others, instead of refunding the average cost of a night for our entire stay. This hotel is absolutely to be avoided during peak season.
