During my stay, they never changed the sheets in my room. I mentioned this at reception, but they never followed up. They left a bottle of water on the nightstand in the room, which I tasted and found to be some kind of bleach; it looked like a normal water bottle. The breakfast was awful; all the dishes smelled terrible, and everything was tasteless and very greasy. I hope this review helps people who are considering staying there.

The place is nice, but they try to charge you for everything. I stayed there and they wanted to charge me 250 pesos because I got lipstick on a pillowcase, even though they didn't tell me that. They wanted to charge me for three pillowcases and three sheets, and the food was very bad.

Terrible service! It's unbelievable that for the first time in my life, they made me pay 250 pesos for a small stain on a bath towel. They've got a racket going on, charging you for any stain on any white item. A friend of mine got a bill for 1900 pesos for small stains on her sheets. The food was awful, and the staff were rude. A terrible experience; look for another option.
