The difference is made by the details, here there is nothing that makes the difference only the spacious room but furniture, bathroom TV difficult to turn on and very small, lack of breakfast are weak points, shame because the structure has potential

Serious Health Hazard & False Advertising While doing my regular mattress check, I discovered that both the mattresses' undersides had two big patches of BLACK MOLD. I cannot believe they haven't burnt these dangerous mattresses. You are meant to sleep and breathe in air contaminated by black mold? It's not even in a corner of the ceiling, but on the surface where you will spend 8 hours each night? They cannot be serious. The other two camping mattresses have a sealed cover so I couldn't see if they had the same stain. As soon as you enter in the room you are hit with a strong smell of SMOKE which is completely unacceptable for an indoor public facility. This poisonous and carcinogenic smell permeates every surface, the mattresses and pillows, so even after 2 afternoons of airing it is still there. There is a mosquito net but obviously it doesn't work, it gets stuck, so for the two whole afternoons I left the windows open (to help with the smoke) I risked being bitten alive by insects. Luckily it didn't happen, but I would appreciate a working net. False Advertising First of all, being a Bed and Breakfast and not providing Breakfast is ridiculous, that is literally half of your job title. And no, offering two capsules of coffee (which not everybody likes or drinks) doesn't constitute as breakfast. The room is advertised as having a fan, which it does not. It has an air conditioner unit but with no control panel it's effectively useless. So no way at all to regulate the temperature. In description it starts off by saying they provide free toiletries, don't know where since there were none at all in my room or in the bathroom. "View of a quiet street" definitely not since it's a highly frequented road, really loud with cars. It's one of the main arteries of the city. No WiFi password provided.
