Best stay out of all my hotels on a three week Thai adventure. Hotel is gorgeous and staff were amazing. All staff members introduced themselves and inquired about my plans just to give tips and advice where they can. I got sick during my stay and front desk directed me to nearby pharmacy and even broght a hot water bottle to my room to help with my stomach cramps. Very thankful. Breakfast was amazing and options of food and juice were vast and different everyday. Room was much nicer than expected with beautiful patio which got plenty of sun. Chiang Mai was my favorite city and this was my favorite hotel. Best value! Thank you for the hospitality!!

We had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and proactive — always checking in and making sure everything was perfect. The hotel was super clean throughout, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The location is also excellent — very close to the South Gate of Chiang Mai and within walking distance to a market with amazing street food in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were stylish, modern, and impeccably clean, and we were especially impressed by the 24/7 availability of complimentary water, coffee, and tea — all of excellent quality and great taste. In addition, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and very helpful, which truly enhanced our overall experience. All of this made us feel right at home. The central location near the Old Town is another major advantage and perfectly rounds off the stay. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we travel to Chiang Mai.
