Belamere Suites Hotel

It feels cheap for the amount of money you spend on the rooms. The decor feels outdated, the slippers you get are extremely cheap, and several other things make it feel like it’s cheap and you aren’t getting your money’s worth. The location is extremely strange being in an industrial park. For the price you are basically paying for your own private pool, sauna, and jacuzzi and nothing else. With all that being said it’s definitely worth staying at least once.

Our experience at belamere Suites was honestly frightening and extremely disappointing. At 10:45 PM, while we were already asleep in bed, someone began knocking loudly on our door. We were not expecting anyone, and to make matters worse, we realized there is no way to lock the doors from the inside, which immediately made the situation feel unsafe. The person continued knocking and never announced who they were, which was incredibly alarming in the middle of the night. We tried calling the front desk and no one answered, which only made the situation more unsettling. Eventually the front desk called us back and casually said it was probably “the new girl delivering something to the wrong suite.” That explanation did nothing to reassure us, especially considering someone was knocking on a guest’s door late at night without identifying themselves. At that point we were genuinely concerned for our safety. We quickly gathered our belongings and went to the front office to explain what had happened. Unfortunately, the staff completely dismissed the situation, offered no apology, and made no attempt to make us feel safe or comfortable. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to check out immediately at 11 PM and find another hotel in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, despite only being in the room for about 3.5 hours, they still charged us the full price of the stay at checkout. There was no flexibility, no understanding of the situation, and again, no apology. For a place that markets itself as a luxury stay, the lack of security, communication, and basic concern for guest safety was shocking. Being woken up by someone knocking at your door late at night, with no way to secure the door and no response from the front desk, is not something any guest should have to experience. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was genuinely unsettling, and the way it was handled afterward made it even worse.

Surprised my husband with a romantic night away to celebrate our 2000 day anniversary! All the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive even before we arrived-- I was constantly calling to change and add to my reservations! If you aren't aware, they offer a much larger than normal amount of add-ons, which I took full advantage of! Locally, we only stepped out for dinner- but Claude's bistro 5 minutes away did not dissapoint-- we had the lamb and the duck paired with a Moscato. My favorite feature on the grounds besides the massive pond directly outside of our suite (lets talk about that view), was the love lock bridge, adorable! Our stay was a perfect refresh and reset, cannot wait to return again!
