We stayed from July 26, 2024, to August 6, 2024. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The service at the reception was top-notch. Half the staff speaks good foreign languages, and the food was delicious, with lots of fruit! Drinks like cola, Sprite, and other beverages were also available in the dining room. There were also game rooms near the pool and lounge, a dessert bar near the reception, and the bus schedule was always posted. There was also a bar and water. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the bathrooms were always stocked with shampoo, gel, and toothpaste and a toothbrush! My room overlooked the fields and beautiful mountains. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served on time. There was a bar near the pool, but the soft drinks were too sweet; you'll get tired of them after 8-10 days. The pool is very nice! Sometimes it happened that someone put a container of water on the edge of the pool and it fell into the pool. The problem was that the water was in a transparent plastic container, which made it difficult for the staff to find the container in the pool. I wanted to say something about the sun loungers, there are very few of them, I had to get up at 6 in the morning and take a sun lounger, putting a towel on the sun lounger so that no one would take it. What can I say about hobbies? There were slides by the pool and sun loungers, there were only 3 slides, and they also had a schedule. We took the hotel bus to the sea. The sea was warm and there were enough sun loungers. There was a bar on the beach that served burgers, drinks, fries, and other things. Next to the bus stop next to the beach, there was a mini market where you could buy all sorts of things to take home, such as magnets, rings, bracelets, swimming toys, and just toys. The bus didn't always arrive on time, so we had to sit in the scorching sun. In any case, my son and I were the only ones going back to the hotel, so the driver apologized and gave us 2 packs of water, which made my son and I very happy. It's a 20-25 minute drive from the hotel to the sea, so you can still enjoy the trip. Belek itself was a beautiful city. I especially liked that the Turks love cats. We saw a cat almost every five minutes. I was so happy that people fed them and cared for them like their own pets. I also loved the mini-shops with all kinds of decorations, food, and toys. We didn't want to leave this hotel, as the staff always treated us with warmth and care, making our vacation wonderful and unforgettable!
