Bad experience with the morning receptionist (a man in his 60s). The rooms and the hotel in general are quite vintage, and the prices are expensive, around €120 per night (approximately 1200 MAD). It has a minibar and is close to the train station. The Boraq train station is far away; the tram stops about a 15-minute walk. I don't recommend it due to the price and the receptionist's lack of friendliness.

A terrible experience, especially considering the service. Upon our arrival, we were told everything was full, but there was availability on Booking. At this point, we booked on the app and were made to wait over an hour for the room. Only after we had paid and booked did the real surprise arrive. They wouldn't give us the room because we didn't have our passports with us, and even showing a photo wasn't enough. After a bit of persistence, we managed to get the room, which has a terrible view, as you can see in the photo. Another unpleasant surprise was breakfast. On Booking, it was included, but they wanted to charge us 200 dirhams per person. Another battle to get what we were entitled to. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY ITALIANS; THEY TREATED US VERY BADLY.
