Solid hotel, but there is room for improvement... The hotel is great, right on Knez Mihailova, but there are a few things that could be improved: the room was exceptionally clean upon check-in. However, as the days went by, the room got progressively worse, there were stains in the shower and sink, the maids didn't remove the dirty cups and put new ones in (one day they did, the next day they didn't), the bed sheets weren't changed even though they were dirty, or they only changed the pillowcases and not the rest. We also had to ask them several times to refill the tissues or hand soap (and when they did bring soap, they didn't bring new soap, they just poured soap into an old, dirty bottle). The shower and the shower head were moldy, the shampoo shelf and towel holder were falling apart. These are small things that could be easily fixed without making the guest feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a great view of the city and a larger room. The hotel manager is very pleasant, while some other workers are a little repulsive. If the mentioned things were fixed, we would be happy to be guests of this hotel again. :)

The hotel’s location is excellent, and it is extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast, as the breakfast is truly very good.
