Had a pleasant stay at Belken Hotel Kanda. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Kanda Station and easy access to other parts of Tokyo, which makes it a practical base for sightseeing or business. The room was compact — typical for Tokyo — but clean, functional, and well-organized. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well maintained. Staff were polite and efficient during check-in and check-out. It’s not a luxury stay, but it delivers solid value for the price. A reliable and comfortable option if you’re looking for something simple and well-located in Tokyo.

I stayed here for a business trip. The flu was going around, so it was a relief that Awajicho wasn't too crowded. The room was very clean and well-maintained. All the front desk staff I interacted with were foreigners. They were very polite. I even wondered if there were any Japanese people there. As other guests have mentioned, the shower pressure was weak, and it took a long time to finish washing my hair and body. It was quiet, but the pillows were hard and high, so it took a while to fall asleep. As a last resort, I folded up a dried bath towel and used it as a pillow, and finally managed to fall asleep. The front desk offers softer pillows, so I think it's better to use those. It was too much of a hassle to borrow one in the middle of the night. They also had an air purifier available for rental, so I borrowed one myself. It's a bit heavy, so I guess it's unavoidable that you have to carry it to your room yourself. There was no phone in the room, but there was a front desk phone near the elevator, so I went directly to the front desk and they helped me pick up the air purifier on the floor where it was located. It's also quite close to the station, so I would definitely stay here again.

There are no major drawbacks, except the front desk staff are quite indifferent... but normally you only have the chance to interact with them during check-in and check-out. The single rooms are like typical small business rooms in other group-run hotels. However, the location is superb. I stayed there because of the Tuki Budokan concert; it was only two stops from the airport via NEX Tokyo, two stops from Kudanshita Budokan, and within a 10-minute walk of Akihabara. Plus, the hotel is right next to a Tokyo subway exit, and it's an elevator exit, so no need to climb stairs. (Tokyo subway's famous...stairs)
