An experience that leaves much to be desired. It's unbelievable that you should be treated so badly in a place. The hotel is very decent, with a pool and clean. The problem lies with the people who work there, except for a girl who was at the bar at night and the cleaning lady. As soon as you arrive, they charge you €30 for using the air conditioning without prior notice, or at least it's not made clear anywhere before you make your reservation. Well, I can accept it. Although in general the workers were quite unfriendly, (they gave you problems to offer basic services, like giving you a towel or some sugar, it seemed that they were bothered if you asked for things, the answers they gave you were: if you need something go to the supermarket, please how rude) the problem we had specifically with one of the workers, a young guy with short hair and large build, on the last day we got distracted thinking that check-out was at 12, which is the normal time in most hotels, but in this case it was at 11, then at 11:15 this guy showed up in our room in a very bad manner warning us that we had arrived late and we had to pay 1 more day, for some reason he didn't like us, because these are things that can happen in hotels daily. The thing is, we apologized, and at 11:30 we were loading our suitcases into the car we had parked in front of our room. We were about to load them and then return the key. Before we'd even finished loading them, this guy showed up, yelling and calling us animals, telling us to return the key and pay an extra €15 for leaving 30 minutes late. Obviously, I told him we weren't going to pay for that. It seemed like a joke to me. He told me to either pay up or he was going to physically assault me. I told him to call the police because we weren't going to pay (the police ignored him). Then I asked him for the complaint form after a threat he'd received from an employee, but he refused to give it to me, which is illegal. I hope his boss fires him immediately because he's not fit to work with the public.

One-week stay, room from the 70s, dirty fridge, bathroom a disaster... Not even a bottle of water upon arrival. The plus: the location, close to the city center.

The atmosphere is good, but unfortunately, there are a lot of English youngsters making a lot of noise in the middle of the night and banging on the wrong room doors. It's also annoying that a staff member watches football on a big screen with his friends, making a lot of noise. Out of 11 nights, I slept well, but only three nights. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The pool area is also nice.
