Located in Pattaya Soi 4, this hotel is in a very convenient spot, making it easy to get anywhere. While the building and facilities show their age, the housekeeping is thorough, so it didn't bother me at all. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but it’s within an acceptable range for this price point. The rooms use a physical key combined with a tablet-style master switch. If you are looking for pure luxury, you might want to look elsewhere, but if you prioritize practicality, the facilities are more than enough. They even have a pool and a sauna. The service left a very positive impression. The cleaning staff tidied the room carefully every day, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice daily variety. The freshly made waffles and pancakes were delicious, and the staff worked briskly and efficiently. A major plus for long-term stays is the on-site laundry machines, allowing you to do your laundry without leaving the hotel. If you prefer a laundromat outside, the one in Central Marina on Second Road is a convenient option. Overall, it is a well-balanced and reliable hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again.

My usual hotel, the March Hotel, was expensive due to the strong baht and weak yen, so I changed hotels this year. This was my first time staying here, and being close to Central Marina made shopping very convenient. It's also great that it's close to the bus terminal's restaurant district. The hotel also has a pool and sauna. Laundry facilities are available, making it the perfect hotel for enjoying Thailand without having to go out. Breakfast is also buffet-style, so you can enjoy Thai and Western dishes right from the morning. *Washing machine: 40 baht, dryer: 60 baht Also, since the hotel is located on Soi 4, it's only a 5-10 minute walk to Soi 6! Getting to Beach Road was also easy. The location is great and the value is great. My only concern is that there are no umbrellas by the pool, so it's difficult to create shade. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Pattaya.

Very good hotel in prime location. Only thing is that there is no tissue in the room, and that a 2 in 1 shampoo/body soap is provided instead of separate. Tv channels are fuzzy. Somehow, the room that I booked is all distributes out, so I get a free upgrade to a room with 2 seater sofa. Gym have decent equipment and dumbbells but don't have high expectations.
