The hotel's location is excellent – everything is close by, which is a major plus. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, the bathroom left much to be desired due to an unpleasant odor. I had made a reservation for three adults, but the apartment was only prepared for two. After reporting this inconvenience, I was told that the staff needed to verify this because, as stated, Booking.com sometimes doesn't provide complete information. After checking, the equipment for the third person was provided, but there was no response in the form of an apology, which was disappointing.

Pros: very friendly service, hassle-free check-in, great location, tasty breakfast, and large and clean rooms. Cons: not very modern furnishings, TV doesn't work, no floor mop, double sofa bed absolutely doesn't accommodate two people, sheets were torn, and duvets were heavy and too short.
