I didn't realize the hotel didn't have an elevator, and we had a lot of luggage, so we requested a room on the first floor. They said all the rooms were unavailable because housekeeping wasn't finished yet. I assumed there were a lot of guests. Luckily, a staff member helped carry our luggage. But during checkout, when I asked them to carry it down to the drop-off point in the parking lot, the staff member with her hair tied up in a ponytail made a grumpy face! If she didn't want to carry it, she should have asked someone else. It ruined my mood early in the morning. The room cost 3300 baht per night, including breakfast at 350 baht per person. In summary, because there weren't many guests, there was no buffet breakfast; only a few à la carte options. I regret spending the money. I should have opted out of breakfast. I stayed here because the reviews said the breakfast was delicious. So disappointing. At least there should have been more à la carte options. And the curtains in the room had mold. The water wasn't hot when I showered in the evening; I don't know if it was because there weren't many people using it at that time. The air conditioning wasn't very cool; I kept getting up to adjust it all night. In conclusion, I'll probably only use their services once. It didn't feel worth it.

This is a beautiful and clean hotel with delicious food, especially the Korat stir-fried noodles. The service is excellent 👍. The rooms are spacious. I loved the pillows 😁; they were so comfortable, unlike other places where they're hard and big. They even have smaller pillows for children. On New Year's Eve, there's an outdoor movie screening with charcoal-grilled marshmallows – it was amazing in the cool weather! I will definitely come back again 😍.
