Service for Regular Restaurant Guests We are regular guests at the Bellevue Palace restaurant and have always greatly appreciated our visits. Unfortunately, today's visit was definitely our last. We were accompanied by our small dog (a miniature poodle) and were refused entry to the restaurant. The only alternative offered was to eat in the lobby (the entrance area). For a hotel of this category, it is simply unacceptable to offer guests a seat in a transit area as a substitute – this has nothing to do with hospitality or elegance. It is very regrettable that such a hotel no longer values its regular customers and shows no flexibility towards small pets. We are deeply disappointed by this lack of consideration. The only alternative offered was to eat in the lobby (the entrance area). For a hotel of this category, it is simply unacceptable to offer its guests a place in a transit area as a substitute – this has nothing to do with hospitality or elegance. It is very regrettable that such a hotel no longer appreciates its regular customers and shows no flexibility regarding small pets. We are deeply disappointed by this lack of consideration. Disappointing service for regular restaurant patrons We are regular customers at the Bellevue Palace restaurant and have always enjoyed our visits until now. Unfortunately, today's visit was definitely our last. ... Nous étions en compagnie de notre petit chien (caniche nain) et on nous a refusé l'accès au restaurant. The alternative proposal is to be managed in the hall (entrée). For a house in this category, it is simply unacceptable to offer clients a place in a zone of passage and replacement – there is no room for you with the hospital or the facility. It is very regrettable that the hotel has an application plus a clientèle régulière et ne fase preuve d'aucune flexibilité vis-à-vis the petits animaux de company. they managed to upgrade us to a suite! and the concierge was very kind even if we encountered a problem with the credit card we used for payment.
