Benidorm Centre Hotel - Only adults

An amazing experience, very clean and the waiters and reception staff were very friendly, a 10 out of 10 👏👏

We had a wonderful four days at this hotel, where everything looks new and well-maintained. The management and most of the staff are dedicated to making your stay incredibly pleasant and providing exceptional service. There can always be, and indeed there were, occasional setbacks, but once reported, the staff does everything possible to resolve them and take preventative measures, informing the hotel management as needed. These four days coincided with Storm Francis, and thanks to other reviews mentioning the lack of heating in the bathroom after showering, we decided to heat the room with the central heating and didn't have that problem. It's true that the shower gel and shampoo are limited and dispensed in individual sachets, but after speaking with the staff, they provided all you needed. The room is a standard size but perfectly adequate, with a useful wardrobe. Perhaps they would add one or two more electrical outlets under the TV and on the desk, and relocate the mirror. Everything has been discussed with the hotel manager, who is always attentive and willing to improve. Likewise, the restaurant staff, Carmela and Miki, provided excellent service and were always eager to please the customer. Their interest and concern are much appreciated. Thank you. Great hotel. In the restaurant, Miss Ana and the cook Milka are incredibly friendly, and the reception staff are very efficient. The food is very good and varied.
