Unfortunately, when we went as a family in October, they charged us for breakfast for early check-in. We've stayed at many hotels before, and this was the first time we'd encountered something like this. In other hotels, the staff would direct us to breakfast before we arrived. If the rooms were ready, we were given breakfast immediately; otherwise, we were moved to our rooms when they were ready. Even in the mini-bar, despite being a family room, there were only 3-4 bottles of 330ml water, one small wafer of poor quality, and two canned drinks of similar poor quality. Whereas, in a place that charges per person, the mini-bar should be replenished daily and the drinks should be of good quality and in sufficient quantity. Room cleaning was partially adequate. The drinks by the pool and in the restaurant area were very mediocre for a 5-star hotel; they were practically dyed water. This conservative hotel is more expensive than other hotels, but the service is lower. Other hotels offer better quality drinks and service, plus they serve alcohol (not because we wanted alcohol, but because of the price). Interestingly, the prices are also cheaper than yours. There are a lot of mosquitoes, the sea is extremely rough, and the beach is not clean. However, the pools were clean and beautiful, the staff were friendly, everything was very nice and delicious except for the poolside drinks, the chefs did their job well. The food was fantastic, the variety was sufficient and delicious. My family mentioned that the area on the hotel's terrace floor for ladies was very nice. In summary, the sea, drinks, and mini-bar were not good, and charging an extra fee for early check-in was wrong. Breakfast, meals, and staff were very good. The hotel's location is good. If the shortcomings are addressed, the hotel can be visited again.

We stayed at Bera Alanya Hotel for a few days and were generally satisfied. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. The food selection was sufficient and delicious. It has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, suitable for families. It met our expectations in terms of price-performance ratio, and we would consider staying there again.
