New Year's Eve 24/25 was wonderful; we danced a lot in high spirits, and the sauna area is absolutely beautiful. Private sauna infusions are available until 9 pm. The sauna master had baked cookies at home, which she served after each infusion. Everything was done with so much love. There are also lovely walks to be had. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful hotel with a mix of old and modern. Our comfort room was quite dark and unfortunately didn't have a safe. The mattress in the bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. Our room had a connecting door to the adjoining room, which was closed, but it was very noisy. The bathroom is small and dark; the lighting needs to be improved. The light by the mirror alone isn't enough. Unfortunately, we were missing body lotion along with the shower gel. These are just the things we found standard in a 4-star hotel, compared to other 4-star hotels. The breakfast was sufficient; you can find almost everything you need. Scrambled eggs, omelets, etc., were freshly prepared via live cooking. The hotel restaurant and bar are very nice and cozy. We found the buffets unfrequent; we would have liked to have eaten a la carte, as it makes a difference in price for people who don't eat much. Gut Gabelbach is also an absolutely lovely restaurant, but it gets very chilly there in the fall. The staff there was very nice and friendly, which is a bit different in a hotel, where the staff are helpful but more distant. The sauna area is very nicely designed, and the staff are extremely nice and friendly. Perhaps a fruit bowl would have been a nice touch. What we found unfortunate was that the seat and backrest of the footbath were so cold. If they were warmed up a bit, it would have been much more relaxing, as would the seating area opposite the Vitality Bar. The water temperature in the pool is really great, but unfortunately, due to the size of the room, there aren't enough loungers. There is a room right next door with loungers, but it was very cold. We really liked the complex and the park. We will definitely come back for a hiking holiday.
