Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish, especially considering the cost of €170 per night, which is in no way justified. Our room was delivered in an unacceptable condition. There was a broken mirror, a hole in the sofa, heavy rust on many surfaces, while the toilet bowl was extremely dirty. There was obvious residue in the toilet bowl, which goes beyond any hygienic limit. In addition, the shower head was also dirty! Even more worrying was the fact that in the bathroom we found an opened and used shower gel, as well as a comb (which they provide) with hair on it, which shows a complete lack of cleaning and inspection before the room was delivered. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, the answer we received was that "there's not much they can do", with the excuse that the surfaces might get damaged if cleaned, which we found unacceptable. The breakfast was completely indifferent, without quality or variety, while on the last night we faced intense noise from the room next door, with banging on doors and loud laughter until two in the morning, without any substantial intervention. Overall, this is a very bad experience, which does not meet the price or the basic hospitality standards in the slightest. We would not choose it again.

I want to express my deepest appreciation to Umut for his incredible kindness and warm-hearted nature. From the very first moment, his genuine smile made me feel welcomed and safe after a long journey. Even though I arrived very late at night, he never showed any hesitation and immediately offered his help. What truly touched me was how he personally helped me take my luggage out of the car — a small gesture that meant a lot and showed his true character. He is always ready to help with anything you ask, and he does it with such sincerity and positivity. People like Umut don’t just do a job; they create beautiful memories for guests.
