I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the trade fair grounds and the RBB (Berlin-Brandenburg Broadcasting). I had a business meeting there, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was large, practical, and very clean. I felt very comfortable, even though I was only there for one night. I found the breakfast perfectly adequate and very tasty.

Overall, a great hotel with a fantastic breakfast and spa area. Unfortunately, the shortage of skilled workers is noticeable here too, even though they're trying their best. Definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent; items were always replenished immediately. The swimming pool and sauna are great and have convenient opening hours. Everything is within an 8-minute walk: bus, subway... a good, but quiet location. The parking is great, but €20 per night is very expensive. The double room is very nice and clean, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and very spacious. The balcony is fantastic. There's also an elevator, which is quite small, but it's great that there is one. We are completely satisfied and would love to come back. G. and St. T. from Saxony-Anhalt
