A wonderful stay for two. The hotel is run by friendly and helpful staff. The room we were assigned was very nice and comfortable, and we chose the package that included access to the spa, where we spent the entire afternoon in total relaxation. The breakfast was varied and delicious (there's even a juicer).

AWFUL!!! We were eight friends here to start 2026 off in peace and quiet: we wish we'd never done that! ROOMS: From a 4-star hotel, we expect two double beds per room, MINIMUM. Each room had a double bed and a sofa bed to choose from: those who could sleep and those who had to suffer (like me) hearing the iron pipes running under the mattress. Luckily, we only stayed two nights; otherwise, four of us would have gone to the physiotherapist the next day. Pillows as thick as paper. Dusty lights, and a wall light that kept falling halfway off the wall. I hung up my jacket and was left with the coat hanger in my hand. We found two bathrobe and slipper kits in both rooms, but there were four of us in each room: we called reception, who told us to wait for another four kits. We waited 45 minutes and then, annoyed, asked again. Half an hour later, a young man came and told us he only had one because they were all sold out, so we had to swap them and couldn't all go to the spa at the same time. SPA: So much for relaxation! Loud noises like at the beach, tiny pools and hot tubs! Screaming children with armbands in the hot tub even after 5 PM, contrary to the facility's rules (not even the professionalism to enforce them). Crumbling walls, a strong smell of ammonia, saunas with people talking loudly, and the whole thing gave off a sense of neglect and disrepair. The only positive note was the herbal teas provided, but not enough to give us any hope for our vacation. RESTAURANT/BREAKFAST: We stopped on the first evening for dinner; I had a carne salada appetizer for €15, as a lover of this product: four or five slices, roughly, of lower quality than what I usually get at Rossetto. As for the €18 risotto, a portion that made everyone want to head to the nearby McDonald's right afterward. Not to mention the staff: when we ordered, after choosing one course each, the waiter asked, "Just one course each? Are you guys eating light?" Who are you to comment on the customers' choices? Truly rude. Poor-quality breakfast: bread that looks like it's been stale for days, juices that seem to have been diluted with water, croissants with a drop of cream... RECEPTION: Upon arrival, the waiter didn't even notice us, because he was too focused on filming a man who probably hadn't yet booked for dinner (it was 4:30 PM...). He addressed us face-to-face, as if we'd known each other for years, and he was rude, constantly biting his nails in front of guests, when his position primarily requires friendliness and a good presence. CHECK OUT: We were honestly dying to leave, but even that wasn't an easy thing to do because the door to one of the rooms got stuck, and a receptionist had to shoulder it open to let us retrieve our bags. What can I say? My boyfriend and I have tried so many properties in our group, and among so many wonderful experiences, there are experiences like this one, which promise so much, but ultimately disappoint us during our stay. We always try to stay positive by drawing on the few positives we find, but this was truly difficult, especially after returning the day before from a couple's stay at a 4-star hotel that had wonderfully exceeded our expectations. In short: a ruined holiday, a property that is highly inadvisable and not worth considering for the future.
