We booked the winter special with half-board. From check-in to check-out, it was simply fabulous. The room was great. The staff was very attentive. The food was amazing. Oh, and not forgetting the view! 😊

The room on the 5th floor with a lake view was fantastic. The service in general was also excellent. The rooms were very clean. The first evening in the restaurant wasn't so great. Apparently, the wine listed on the "recommended wine list" wasn't chilled. We were recommended a different wine, which was much more expensive (than the original €33). When we asked for a wine in the same price range, the waiter suddenly became less friendly. We ended up having a pleasant evening with a different waiter. Breakfast and the service there were excellent. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The hotel was okay, but a photo of a woman wearing only a bikini, with a ham slung over her shoulder, in the men's restroom above the urinal directly behind the reception desk is unacceptable, sexist, and misogynistic. It's hard to believe this would happen in such an otherwise good hotel!
