Our stay was amazing! View was beautiful, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Staff was the best part of the stay!! John became quick friends with my teens and was very kind and helpful. We all agreed that we would stop in so say hi to him when we were in the area again - even if we don’t stay there. But we will DEFINITELY make it a point to stay there again sometime.

We had a great stay with good staff and an excellent breakfast next door at the restaurant. And the swimming pool was heated just to the right temp. Unfortunately they were doing maintenance on the jacuzzi. But we just came home and used our own after our trip. Lol.

Okay, a few things. Our room was $180 and I dont feel like it was worth it in any sense. The water pressure was so slow that the shower was kind of hard to use. The bathroom fan didn't really work. Didnt get any sleep because the sounds on the train going by were so loud. I will say that the front desk clerk was very nice and sweet, but when my partner mentioned that the elevator permit was expired (which is ILLEGAL) the manager got PISSED at him and was giving him the worst stink look. She said they did have a permit but didn't want to put it up for fear of it being stolen (which is so stupid and untrue). Will be calling the permitting office to report this. That manager should be fired lol.
