I originally left a 5-star review because the rooms here are very nice, updated, and extremely clean. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of seating, and we loved spending time there during the day. However, our experience completely changed at night. There was a large roller hockey tournament in town and many people staying at the hotel had propped open the pool gate to allow friends who were not guests to come in. A large group began partying by the pool for hours. They rearranged furniture for a pizza party, were drinking beer and bringing glass wine bottles into the pool area, which is typically not allowed for safety reasons. There was loud foul language, pizza and pepperoni left all over the pool deck, and even kids eating pizza in the hot tub — we actually found pepperoni floating in the hot tub. It was incredibly frustrating and unsanitary. I understand the hotel cannot control every guest, but when we brought this to the front desk’s attention after hours of noise and partying, we were told that partying was allowed. A manager briefly spoke to a few people, but nothing changed and the behavior continued late into the night. This was very disappointing because the hotel itself is otherwise clean and nice, but the lack of enforcement made the environment feel far from family-friendly. Several guests raised concerns, and it was frustrating that nothing was done to resolve it.

Just hit the road again, and have to leave a review before I forget! It’s been YEARS since I’ve stayed in a Best Western, and this property was fantastic. Every staff member we met was SO sweet and helpful, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was actually great. We had our dog with us for the stay, too! To be honest I have stupid high expectations for hotels, and I was so impressed.

The rooms are recently renovated! The outside looks sketch but the rooms are modern now and very comfy. I had a pet friendly room and it was very clean. There's a dog area with grass in the back too. The EV chargers work fantastic and are very affordable! Find them on Plugshare. The onsite restaurant is a really really good too! Never seen a nice restaurant attached to a best western before lol.
