The breakfast buffet is unbeatable; everything is replenished before it runs out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean, and you can reach the city center in just a few minutes.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you today with great anger, disappointment, and disbelief about an incident that occurred during our stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Füssen, and which could have had far worse consequences. During our stay, a serious accident occurred: My brother-in-law, who was traveling with us, was in the shower when the glass shower screen suddenly and unexpectedly shattered. It was not safety glass, which is an absolute scandal in itself. The shards of glass injured him so severely that he had to be rushed to the hospital, where his wounds were stitched. Even though, thankfully, his injuries were "only" minor, we cannot shake the thought of how dramatic and life-threatening this incident could have been. My brother-in-law could have been seriously injured or bled to death. It is particularly horrifying to think that he could just as easily have been showering with his baby son. The mere thought of it is almost unbearable and still haunts us to this day, especially since he also fell in the shower. What makes this incident almost unbearable, however, is your hotel's handling of it. There was no apology whatsoever; the incident was ignored. Neither by the hotel manager nor by any other employee. No personal conversation, no genuine expression of regret, no acceptance of responsibility – nothing. Silence. Indifference. As if nothing had happened. Your only response was to waive the charge for our drinks at dinner. Considering such a serious safety lapse and the resulting hospitalization, this is not only inappropriate but almost disrespectful. We are shocked that a hotel of your category can be so negligent with the safety of its guests and then fail to show any humane or professional response. A shattering shower screen without safety standards is not a minor defect – it is a serious danger to life and limb. This stay has left a lasting negative and overshadowed our entire experience. We have lost all trust in your hotel. We expect a statement, an explanation of how this incident could have occurred, and above all, a clear acceptance of responsibility. This is no way to treat guests. And certainly no way to treat people who were injured in your establishment. Sincerely,
