We checked in just after 3pm and had booked a family room for two adults and one child. When we tried to book on the website, it showed a “package price”, but the system wouldn’t let us choose a regular double room even though we only had one child (10 years old). It said we “added more children than allowed”, which meant we had to book a family room instead of a cheaper option. The same thing happened with the spa package: on the website there was a “package”, but in reality we had to book the room and spa separately for each person. When we got to the room, the cot/sofa wasn’t ready. We also didn’t get the chance to change in peace and quiet before the spa, but had to ask the staff who brought the mattress to let us get ready — and that wasted more than half an hour of our spa time. After the spa, we wanted to take a shower, but there was only conditioner in the bathroom — no shampoo or shower gel. We only got shampoo around 10pm. 22. In addition, the ventilation in the bathroom was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The restaurant was closed in the evening, so we had to go out and find food elsewhere. At the checkout there was a welcome check for 50 SEK, but we never got it — we only discovered it when we had already left the hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The service was weak and several details felt sloppy. The only thing that was okay was the breakfast.
