We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel in February 2026. Although it's a 3-star establishment, we expected a minimum level of quality associated with the Best Western brand and its good online reviews. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a very neglected state: a musty smell, peeling paint, a clear lack of maintenance, and questionable cleanliness. The pool area was uninspiring, with peeling paint around the edges and an overall unsettling condition. The room smelled strongly of damp throughout our stay, to the point where my husband had an allergic reaction, which was quite concerning. The reception staff were also very unpleasant. When we simply wanted to drop off our luggage before check-in time, they were rude, and we had to wait a long time while other guests were served ahead of us. The only positive points were the breakfast and the proximity to the beach. In the end, the total bill exceeded $1,000 for two nights, which is far too much for the quality of the facilities and service offered. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is convenient to beach, swimming hall of fame, and more. Parking garage is tight spaces but it’s nice to have your car in a gated garage while staying there. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff were magnificent. Every staff Memeber from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were always friendly. Balcony is a wonderful place to drink your coffee and relax. We stay here often for meets at the Swimming Hall of Fame Pool and it’s super confinement to walk and hot the Market for drinks and snacks on the way. Great stay every time.
