It's no longer a Best Western but an Ibis, and it's being renovated. The only slight downside was the restaurant waiter the evening we arrived... He wasn't very pleasant to talk to. However, the staff at reception were very friendly.

Our flight from Paris was cancelled, and the airline booked this hotel for us. Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Best Western Paris Orly Airport was extremely disappointing. We were given a room where the heating system was not working, despite the outside temperature being around minus 4 degrees. We contacted the reception, and they told us that they could only provide a small electric heater. They spoke very confidently as if this solution was sufficient, while in reality the heater was so weak that it could not even warm our hands, let alone the entire room. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the staff and management. The hotel manager did not come to speak with us at all, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to our situation. They told us that half of the hotel did not have heating and that they were “forced” to give us such a room. They also said that changing the room was not possible as the room remains empty and unwanted! In addition, the staff had very limited English skills, which made communication extremely difficult in such a critical situation. We were placed in an unacceptable and uncomfortable condition during very cold weather, with no proper solution and no sense of responsibility from the hotel. This is not the level of service expected from a hotel under the Best Western brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your facilities and your staff’s attitude toward guests.

Heating did not function in january. Door cards not functioning, bath plugs not working properly, mini gym is completely destroyed and unequipped. For a hotel of this price and star rating it was just disappointing.
