Location is very good, literally besides the metro station. Positioned in mall, și you have accesa to literally everything: markets, Normal and food / coffe etc Also, the breakfast is very good. Variety and quality foods Service was also top notch, everyday the maids cleaned and arranged our rooms. 10/10 especially for the orice

My husband & I had a bad experience at this hotel when my husband’s backpack containing all his camera gear, power banks, spare cellphone & some cash was stolen from the reception area as we were waiting to be checked in on 30 Sep 2025. The backpack within a metre or 2 away from him & within his sight. He momentarily looked away & the bag was gone! It was that quick. The hotel staff were unhelpful when the loss was reported to them. When we asked them to review their security video records, their computer system conveniently broke down. We were suspicious that it might have been the hotel staff as none of our travelling companions who were all in the same reception area noticed anything. The loss was reported to the police who then came by 2 hours later to take a statement of loss from us. This unfortunate event completely spoiled an otherwise lovely holiday in Scandinavia.
