A worn-out mattress with a large sag right in the middle. I complained, but nobody cared. I spent the night sitting up. A disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel. Avoid at all costs.

A very pleasant stay at the Best Western in Thionville. The staff is incredibly attentive, welcoming, available, and caring. Everything is done to ensure you feel comfortable and that your stay is as pleasant as possible. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the breakfast is delicious, varied, and high-quality. The value for money is excellent, which is a real plus. Just a few minor details could be improved (light bulbs need replacing, electrical outlets need checking, etc.), but nothing that detracts from the overall quality of the experience. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return.

Hotel where I stay three or four times a year. The room was great, although one or two power outlets for charging devices weren't working. There was a strange smell in the hallway. Regarding the reception, I was annoyed to see that we were asked for ID to check into a room we had booked online. Furthermore, the friendly person at reception made a photocopy of it. Well, no, ma'am, what happens to that copy afterward? Who destroys it after the booking, and who has the right to see it? Perhaps this is common practice abroad, but we're in France, and it's the first time I've been asked for this. Unless I'm mistaken, I'm not obligated to show it to you. Anyway, otherwise, it's a good hotel at a reasonable price.
