Stay 07.02.2026. – corner suite (230 € with breakfast and parking). Upon arrival, we found construction work on the first floor without any prior notice – cables stretched across the hallway and drilling, which made it difficult to move around with luggage. I think it is at least fair to communicate such things to guests in advance. The room sold as a “corner suite” leaves the impression of an outdated interior (80s/90s), with visible shortcomings in maintenance: damaged bedding, dirty curtains and toothpaste residue in the sink upon arrival. This is below the level of a hotel of this category. The breakfast is also disappointing, especially considering the gastronomic tradition of the region. The offer seemed modest and without special quality. During check-out, no one asked about the impression of the stay, and I did not receive any response or apology to the e-mail I sent with feedback. The positive aspects are the location and the comfort of the bed, but in this price range I expected a much higher standard and a more professional attitude towards the guest.

Such a nice hotel. The staff was amazing and really friendly. The room was huge with a cool atmosphere and two chairs,a desk even a sofa. For a single room it felt more like a family room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast really good. The best part was that the hotel was right in the city center. Thanks for everything and in the future when I'll come back in Ljubljana i will choose again this hotel. And don't forget to buy the cool little elephant.
