The customer service was amazing. Especially the night team. The room was clean and tidy and housekeeping team were always quick to offer any help they can. The included breakfast was great. Overall this hotel was great value and an amazing stay for us.

Unfortunately, the heating was broken. We notified them at 4 pm. A technician came immediately, but no one informed us that the heating couldn't be repaired. It got very cold at night. The balcony door doesn't close completely, so a cold draft comes into the room. In the evening, I called reception again. The woman was very unfriendly and called back an hour later to say they could only offer me a smoking room. We therefore had to change hotels at midnight. No one apologized to us. Very unprofessional staff.

It does the job. Pros: Great jacuzzi, nice neighborhood, excellent parking. Negatives: Staff a bit curt, not much space for breakfast. Breakfast is mediocre.
