Horrible place. If you're returning from a trip tired, go somewhere else without hesitation. If you end up with unpleasant neighbors, you won't be able to rest. The thin walls transmit noise perfectly. After they arrived, the hot water stopped working, and it was impossible to shower in the morning. In winter, the room is freezing.

Catastrophic Likes · On the same day, I stood outside the reception door in the cold for an hour and a half, from 7:20 to 8:45, thinking breakfast was at 7:30 as written on the note stuck to the window. I called Booking.com first thing in the morning because we had to leave before 9 am due to an obligation, and the person on the phone told me they should be open. I would like a refund for this breakfast, which was eaten very quickly once the person arrived, because we do not accept expired madeleines, dirty tongs, and these completely dry crepes. There was no fruit, no yogurt, no cold milk; there was almost nothing. The coffee machine wasn't working, and we had to wait even longer. I have never experienced a breakfast like that (and what's more, the website claims it's the establishment's strong point). Hygiene was very poor, and we ate with chair legs as our neighbors because they weren't lowered so they wouldn't have to be cleaned (how pleasant!). The night before, we arrived before 9 pm. There was no one at reception (even though it says they're open until 9 pm). She later told us she had taken the liberty of leaving. Because there was no one there. We went to the kiosk to retrieve the room number, but it was impossible, even with the ID received online. We called an emergency number (on-call service), and someone came, but they couldn't find it either. After several attempts, they realized the last name had been reversed. Catastrophic. The passageway to the room was unlit. Avoid at all costs... We demand a refund!!!
