Bhu Tarn Koh Chang Resort and Spa

I stayed here for several days and I just kept extending because it was that good. Spacious room, good value for money, and a delicious breakfast every morning. The beach is only a few steps away, the pool is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you’re travelling as a couple, this is an especially great place.

Actually the location is OK, but just a bit too noisy depends where your room is.

Stayed 24-26/10/2015 - Spacious room, good bed - Nice atmosphere, same owner as Klong Prao Hotel (If the staff had told us from the beginning that we could use the Klong Prao Hotel's facilities, that would have been great, since it's right on the beach). - Breakfast was served at the same place as Klong Prao Hotel, with a huge menu. - My only complaint was that on the night of 25/10, the air conditioner broke down at 3 AM. I slept like I couldn't think of anything. At 7 AM this morning, I went swimming, and two male staff members were sitting by the pool, playing on their phones. It didn't feel right. After a while, a staff member came to check the chlorine level, yelling that the pool water had no chlorine. So, I quickly got out of the pool. - I told the staff that the air conditioner was broken, and then went to have breakfast, which was quite far from the hotel. The staff member called to inform me that it would take over an hour to fix. Since I had valuables in the room, I couldn't turn it on. When I got back, the room was very hot and sweaty, so I quickly checked out of the hotel. - I told the male staff member that I had read reviews about the broken air conditioner, thinking it wouldn't happen to me. Instead of saying anything, Just bow your head. End of review.
