My three-day stay with my family and kids was quite comfortable. Honestly, there's nothing special about it, but it's okay for the price and the great location, which is convenient for getting around. The service is good, and you can request a room cleaning when you're out. The breakfast food is always the same, with no variety.

For this price the hotel is in a great location. I was quite surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. You won't even guess where the hotel is located because you feel safe inside. The reception is on the second floor. The room was smaller but it was enough and we paid for a room with a window that had a nice view of the skyscrapers. Free water and amenities, a fridge in the room, the breakfast was sufficient, only missing a latte or other coffee with milk which was not possible in the coffee machine the whole stay BUT I must say that I have not experienced a more complicated check-in here. First they directed us to a self check-in machine but since we wanted to pay the deposit in cash they told us halfway through to go to the reception, it took even longer there. They managed to generate the room code for us via the mobile phone they took from me and I don't know what they did there. You either have to learn the code (7 numbers) or always have your mobile phone at hand to get to your room. You have to turn on the hot water with a button and wait 30 minutes for it to heat up. The smell of sewage in the bathroom is also not good and the bathroom door cannot be closed completely. I advise you not to leave the dnd button on because it will illuminate the whole room overnight. The gym is more like a room with few weights. However, I can take all of that, but what really got to me was the aggression and unpleasantness of the receptionist at check out, when we had to sign a paper about returning the deposit and we just asked what we were actually signing, so she almost shouted at us - sign it. We asked a few more questions and they were all answered with great contempt as if we were complete idiots. The hotel is good for a few days. For a longer stay, look elsewhere
