Visited with my family for 4 nights right before Christmas. Found the hotel through a friend's recommendation who was here a few months ago. I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to be back. We had a 2 bedroom suite, both rooms were large with the bigger one also having a dinner table. The room was comfy and we loved the decorations. (I understand each rooms is decorated differently but didn't get to see it). Everything was clean and working well. The heating worked well. When we were I could easily be with light clothing although outside the hotel was freezing. The shower was large and had very good water pressure and hot temperature. Bed was comfortable for everyone, no complaints there and I enjoyed the fluffy blankets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived my youngest was half-asleep and we were all tired after a day of traveling. The host noticed it and took us to our room immediately, leaving all the bureaucracy and paperwork to the next morning (the next morning it wasn't long, but it was still a blessing after the long day). The checkout itself was also quick and convenient. The best part is the location. It is right in the center of things! We went in and out every day. Everything was up to 10 minutes walk with most things much closer. The only transit we took was to the zoo. There are shops, breakfast and coffee houses right outside the door. And ice-cream (very good one!). Not to mention many many restaurants within a minute or two of walking distance. If I am forced to look for a fault - the only negative thing was the TV. It was very small. But we didn't come to Prague to watch TV so it didn't bother us at all. To sum it up: Highly recommended! I am most certainly looking for my next stay here.

Best location Best service The rooms are splendid No second thoughts, just book it. We had our flight home at 18:00 We wandered around until 17:00, so we got really tired and with sour feet. The we came to the hotel and the staff invited us to sit in the dining room, drink coffee free of charge, use the toilet if we would like and all of this after the check-out. They are amazing and loving people. We will come again if we ever stay at prague in the future.
